Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Association (DATIA).

DataPool Provides Professional Services:
- Training- Every staff member associated with the forensic collection process must pass an annual certification examination to demonstrate knowledge of regulations. This certification provides every staff member with detailed knowledge of substances of abuse, the process of analysis and collection techniques. The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) is the certifying authority (www.datia.org).

DataPool offers a training and certification for the Designated Employer Representative (DER).
The DER Compliance course provides standards and education for individuals who maintain and administer drug free workplace programs from within their companies. This course completes the final link in the drug free workplace testing process: collection, analysis, review, and now certification of the coordinator of the company drug policy- the DER.
The objective of the C-DER, DER Compliance course is to provide instruction and resource material that enables the DER to:
- Fully understand the role of the DER in the drug free workplace process
- Define issues that arise during the program process and the DER responsibilities
- Learn more about the DER’s relationship with other players in the whole process, including Third Party Administrators, collectors, MRO’s & EAP’s
- Ensure complete compliance with federal rules and regulations
- Better serve employees they work with by being knowledgeable about the entire drug and alcohol testing process
- Learn the differences in testing procedures for each DOT mode
- Better define his/her role in assuring DOT and company policy compliance
- Provide services meeting standards of professionalism, accountability, and ethical behavior
- Implement practical application of industry standards and procedures
Our ultimate goal is to have all persons involved in the drug free workplace effort, be educated about the process, the players, and their responsibilities within their role. This course is the next step toward that goal.

This program will help parents or caregivers learn how to strengthen family bonds, set a clear family position on drugs, teach children skills they will need to make healthy choices, and increase children’s involvement in the family.
- This curriculum was developed by Dr. Hawkins and Dr. Richard Catalano of the University of Washington for parents of children in grades four through eight.
- Parents learn specific strategies for promoting healthy behaviors in children and reducing risks that predict adolescent health and behavioral problems.
- Taught in five, two hour sessions. The five sessions include: how to prevent drug use in your family, how to develop healthy beliefs and clear standards, how to say no to drugs, how to control and express your anger constructively and how to strengthen family bonds. The class is facilitated by a certified trainer. A pre and post evaluation is included with the program.
