DOT Consortium
The US Department of Transportation requires that all safety sensitive employees must participate in a drug & alcohol testing program as well as your company being enrolled in the DOT Clearinghouse. At DataPool, we understand that keeping DOT regulated employees in compliance is very important. DataPool offers full service Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs for our clients. We use a software program specifically designed for drug-free workplace testing. DOT Consortium Pools are available for small companies and/or individual drivers in need of joining a DOT Random Pool as required by the DOT regulations (Rule 49 CFR Part 40). DataPool will also manage your new hire and annual Clearinghouse queries as part of being your C/TPA.
All DOT drug screen results must be handled and reported through an MRO or Medical Review Officer as required by DOT. Our Medical Review Officer is Philip Lopez, MD with MRO Express. Dr. Lopez is a licensed physician certified as a Medical Review Officer and has the additional knowledge in the medical use of prescription drugs and the pharmacology and toxicology of illicit drugs.
DNA Testing

Fingerprints
Our collection specialists will use the standard FBI cards that we have in stock or you can bring in your own cards and we roll your prints for you via ink.
We work with First Advantage to provide digital fingerprinting to their customer company’s employees. We are unable to provide any other form of LiveScan fingerprinting at this time.
